GARDEN HOUSE
Located in the peaceful area of Hendon, this project involved the redesign and extension of a three-bedroom house situated within a large, beautifully landscaped garden. The property was transformed to reflect the client’s preferences and lifestyle, creating a bright, modern, and functional family home.
A key aspect of the project was the rear extension, designed to maximize natural light and create a seamless connection between the living space and the garden. As the client, originally from the tropical regions of South America, had a strong preference for sunlit interiors, we incorporated large, elongated rooflights and modern sunroofs. These features flood the living space with sunlight while offering unobstructed views of the surrounding garden, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
In keeping with the client’s love for minimalism and simplicity, we carefully selected modern materials and furniture that reflect a clean, understated aesthetic. The focus was on creating a harmonious environment that feels both sophisticated and comfortable, perfectly suited to the family’s preferences.
