This project, located in the Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust area, required a delicate approach to meet both the client’s expectations and the conservation guidelines of the area. The property was redesigned to enhance its functionality while respecting the architectural heritage of this prestigious location.
The basement was transformed into a versatile living space, including a children’s play area, a fully equipped gym, and a luxurious spa complete with a sauna and jacuzzi. To brighten the basement, we incorporated sleek rooflights and modern Velux windows, providing ample natural light and creating a serene, welcoming atmosphere.
All materials were carefully chosen to meet the client’s tastes, ensuring a high-end, contemporary finish throughout. Thoughtful lighting design and luxurious details further elevated the project, resulting in a home that combines comfort, functionality, and timeless elegance—all while respecting the standards set by the Hampstead Garden Suburb Trust.
